[WSBAPT] Wrongful Death/ Apportionment

To the Real Property/ Probate Listserv:


I am working on a probate case with a wrongful death. There is an issue involving apportionment among the statutory beneficiaries and the heirs of the estate. Does anyone have a sample motion to appoint a special master whether in this situation or a situation which is similar?
