[WSBAPT] Referral for Partition Action in Okanogan County

Good Morning,

I have a PC who wants to sell a parcel of land she owns in Okanogan
County.  She purchased it while married.  She later divorced and after the
divorce, he moved out of the country. She paid off the loan and now she
wants to sell it.

I will forward referrals to the PC.
