[WSBAPT] Emergency Room Records

Hello All,

Would appreciate any thoughts on how I can obtain medical records for an
emergency visit for a vulnerable adult in the absence of POA consent.  No
active litigation.  Just in the investigative stage by DOH.

Any advice is much appreciated.
