[WSBAPT] Attorney in fact signature requirements on court documents

Hello,

Does anyone know of any statutes, local rules or other authority that state
how an attorney in fact/agent (under a POA) must sign legal or court
documents? I am trying to establish fraud/misrepresentation so I am looking
for any authority that states that the agent should disclose their
authority to sign or that they are signing as an agent on behalf of the
principle rather than just a plain signature.
