Greetings, List Mates:
Client's estate-planning documents are in quite basic and in order (basic
Will, DPOA, HCD); he's happy with them; cash assets approx. $500K;
investment/retirement accounts have beneficiaries assigned; retired; no real
estate and doesn't intend to purchase any; and he's moving to California.
Is he going to need a new Will, etc., once he gets to California? Any
recommendations, considerations, other?
I'd greatly appreciate any assistance.
Sincerely,
Dominique Zervas
