[WSBAPT] TEDRA agreement in partial settlement of claim?

Listmates,

Contested funds in a probate are being held in the court
registry. Party A says he is entitled to
all the funds, and B, C and D say they are entitled to differing percentages of
the funds.

3 of the 4 parties have agreed to a proposed resolution. Can I draft a TEDRA agreement that resolves
the dispute between A-B and A-C, and leave out the funds disputed by A-D (to be litigated between A-D sometime in the future)?

If this helps, and without going into whose claim would
prevail, A is the designated beneficiary of a financial account, and B,C and D
are beneficiaries under a Super Will provision.

Thanks!
Jerry Sprute
