[WSBAPT] Naming of a Trust

Hello:

I have a client whose son is a good candidate for a special needs trust
because of his addiction issues.  He receives state aid and all of that.
But, the mother would like to call the trust something besides a "Special
Needs Trust" because it may hurt the feelings of her son to be put in that
category.

So, if I leave all the terms of the SNT the same as usual, but change the
name to something like "The Trust for the Care Of" will that matter?
