[WSBAPT] Sale of Real Estate

[Jayne Gilbert]

I have a family award and an order to list the real property to sell by
April 30th. Received a notarized letter from the PR saying she refuses to
sell the property. This is an insolvent estate. We do not want to petition
the Court to serve as successor PR. What is our next move? Anybody?
