[WSBAPT] Intestate to Testate Estate

11.28.150 tells us that upon probate of the later discovered Will, letters of administration shall be revoked and letters testamentary issued.

I think a petition to probate the Will is in order. It's been a number of years since I had this come up in my practice, but recall it was pretty straightforward.

Once an estate is filed Intestate and then a Will is found, what is procedure to change to Testate estate?

Can I do this by motion?  Need to remove the Administrator and replace with Personal Representative named in Will.
