[WSBAPT] Obtaining filed will for probate

The court should be able to pull a copy (on his/her computer screen) of the will if it has already been filed. I usually bring an extra copy just in case they want to see it. You can go on king county (e-file/electronic data system) to print out copies of all records pertaining to that probate case (if personal representative admitted the will without making a copy).

Hope this helps.
