[WSBAPT] Financial Recovery Claims

Listmates:


I have an estate where the decedent had been covered by WA Apple Health for about a year prior to her death.  We provided actual Notice to Creditors to DSHS Office of Financial Recovery, and then published Notice in October of 2015.  No claim or Notice of Lien was ever filed by DSHS.


Today, the PR informs me that he has received an Estate Recovery Questionnaire from DSHS.


I believe this subject has been covered before on the Listserv -- is DSHS barred at this point?
