[WSBAPT] Crummey powers in LLCs

Anybody have a quick cite to any authority on using Crummey withdrawal
powers in LLCs for making present interest gifts to members? The basic
authority I don't need, just something endorsing the use in an LLC, where
once the power of withdrawal ceases the access to the gift is restricted by
provisions of the LLC operating agreement.

Anything will do, but preferably something generally applicable: TCM, Rev
Rul, Rev Proc, TAM, Treas Reg, federal case, etc., rather than a letter
ruling.

Thanks,
