Dear Eden:
I believe in being very conservative in these matters. If you have previously worked for both parties, that could lend some confusion to one or the other of them. I think it best that you find an able lawyer close to them on the Kitsap peninsula  to do this work. When relationships go south, they want to find any hook to support their position. New counsel is in order.

I did the estate planning documents for each member of an unmarried couple.  Now they plan to marry, and want a prenup.  I think I am conflicted out-do you agree?  If so, I would like to give them several referrals, so they can each hire their own attorney.  They are in Bremerton.  Thank you,
