Felicia:
I haven't seen any authority, but a monetary judgment owed to the estate from the eviction proceeding would provide for the offset against beneficiary's share.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Costs of Eviction

Colleagues,

When a beneficiary refuses to move out of a home owned by the estate, can the costs of his eviction be deducted from his eventual share? If yes, can you guide me to the authority for this?

Thanks in advance for any experience you can share.
