[WSBAPT] Canadian PR taxed on US estate?

My client, US citizen & resident, wants to name her daughter, Canadian
resident, as PR for client's US estate.  Daughter's accountant says that
Canada taxes the PR on the estate.

Does anyone know whether Canada imposes taxes or other restrictions in these
circumstances?
