[WSBAPT] CA Conservatorship Moving to WA

I have a client that has a court-ordered conservatorship over his mom from
CA; over the persona and estate. He desires to move his mom to the NW for
convenience, accessibility, etc. No one is complaining and he is the last
of her children (brother recently died and was looking after mom in CA).

The court order does not specifically signify any limitations to moving
mom.

Is there a necessity of informing the CA court and moving the
conservatorship to WA courts? If so, if you have experience with this I
would appreciate co-counsel as it is outside my realm of experience. Any
recommendations (even self) in the Lynnwood or N. Seattle area are welcome.

Thanks!
