[WSBAPT] URGENT Referral needed Cremation vs. Burial dispute.

PC in need of attorney who can help fight a cremation of her significant other who is apparently a North Dakota Native American and had verbally expressed his wish to be buried on tribal land with his mother.

There is a purported (not believed to be biological or adopted) daughter who has been trying to get decedent cremated along with the decedent's sister. The PC/partner and brother of the decedent are trying to get him transported to ND and buried there.

Funeral home is in Federal Way and asking PC and brother to prove that "daughter" is not legally related.

This is enough outside of my experience and urgent enough that I would like to refer them out.
