[WSBAPT] ISO Annuity expert

Have a PC with an apparently improper exchange of a substantial annuity initiated days before death, accomplished after death. Named beneficiary is RLT. Haven't seen trust agreement yet.

Tax consequences substantial if they don't figure this out.
