[WSBAPT] Referral: Reopen Probate in Snohomish County

Good morning,

I have a PC looking for a referral to a Snohomish County attorney involving
the reopening of a probate (I am not fully sure of the posture). I don't
have much more information than that at this point in time. Anyone over in
that area willing to talk to the PC?
