I have done many of these. Once condo is terminated it will return to pre condo status and will become the tax parcel it was before condoing and is grandfathered in as far as multifamily zoning is concerned if changed in the interim.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Tacoma real estate question

A client is looking at a three-unit condo in Tacoma and considering buying all three units and de-condo-ing it. She has related questions about land use requirements in the neighborhood. Does anyone do that work or have a referral?

Thanks.
