Hi Lisa,

 

I'm attaching an article by Wendy Goffe which appeared in the summer 2004
WSBA RPPT newsletter: "Keeping the Cabin in the Family: A Guide to Joint
Ownership and Use."  It's not directly applicable to divorced co-owners, but
may contain several relevant considerations.

Hi, all,

 

I am working with a divorcing couple who want to continue co-ownership of a
vacation house with right of survivorship and then pass to children on both
deaths.  Does anyone have forms for a family LLC or family LP that you are
willing to share with me?  Or other suggestions?
