[WSBAPT] PR's duty to heir?

[Ashley Raymond]

PR (who was estranged from her late-father) was told by someone that her
father and his girlfriend had a child who was taken from them by social
services almost immediately after the baby was born and is now 16 years
old. The person who told her this is late-father's girlfriend's daughter.
What type of duty does PR have in regards to finding this supposed heir?
