You might try WFG National Title -I closed one last October which was acquired at  trustee sale in 2013

Client has purchased property at a tax foreclosure sale about 4 years ago. He has tried Chicago and 1stAm and has been told they won't insure until 7 years have passed. Anyone know of any title company that will insure sooner? Thank you in advance.
