[WSBAPT] Referral for Guardianship - Cowlitz County

I have clients (H & W) who are moving to a care facility in Longview, WA
this week.  We need to obtain a Guardianship for W right away in order for
the Guardian (or GAL) to request distribution of W’s RMD from her IRA
custodian prior to December 31.  Any attorneys who practice in Longview who
would be willing to help?
