[WSBAPT] Non Probate Affidavit

[Katharine P. Bauer]

I use the adjudication process, which costs the same as opening a probate,
but has none of the other tasks such as inventory or creditor claims.  I
have never had a title company reject the title transfer.  Call me if you
would like more details
