[WSBAPT] Serving Seattle City Light

Hello, Listmates.
I have been directed to serve a paper on Seattle City Light, by mailing it the person who would receive service of process if I was starting a lawsuit in Superior Court. To make sure I'm in compliance, I'd like to serve whoever they've designated as their registered agent...but I don't think they register with the SOS. At least I can't find it if they do. Any suggestions on how to determine whether there is a designated agent for Seattle City Light?
