[WSBAPT] Any info on new LLC law coming Jan. 1, 2016 - SSB 5030?

Anyone have some insight on the bill just passed that completely rewrites Ch. 25.15 RCW on LLCs? Its effective date is Jan. 1, 2016, but I'm working on revising an LLC now for a client, and wondering what radical changes are in store 7 months from now.
