[WSBAPT] Abandoned Truck

[Ken Luce]

Washington resident and significant other died 10 years ago.  No probate. Remaining behind is a wrecked truck of nominal value. No idea of whereabouts of decedent's children.  Significant other at time now wants to sell truck.  Any ideas on least expensive way to do it?
