If it is a self-proving attestation with declaration satisfying RCW
9A.72.085 and 11.20.020(2), then no notary is necessary and you need not
locate witnesses.

I have an original will with an attestation clause that is signed by the
witnesses but not notarized.  I can only locate one witness.  Is there
anything else I can do?

 

Any advice is appreciated.
