                Where is the client located?  I'm in Tacoma.  If that's not convenient for the client, there are many good probate attorneys in Seattle in this group.

Probate can be opened in any County.  Is there a reason it needs to be in Island County?  I open all of our probates in Pierce County regardless of where the decedent lived or where property is located unless there is expected to be litigation.
