Clients are an unmarried couple in a committed relationship. They came
in for wills, DPAs, Health Care DPAs and Health Care directives. I have
included language in the will that will treat the survivor as
predeceased if they are no longer together at the first death,
anticipating they may not get around to redoing the will. I'm thinking I
should do the same in the DPAs. Does anyone have any suggested language
they would be willing to share? Thanks in advance.
