[WSBAPT] Probate Litigation: When a Witness is Deceased - Out of Country

Members:

I am curious if any of you had a litigation issue where you needed a
witness with terminal cancer.

... however due to the imminent possibility of death or even the closer
possibility that the witness would leave the country, what did you do?

We may need to get a deposition.

Your thoughts are very helpful.
