Greetings,

 

PC seeks referral to Hileah, FL, (Miami) probate counsel for $200k estate to
clear title to decedent's residence.  Date of death is 1999.  Non-friendly
aunt in Miami is preparing petition to appoint self.  PC is daughter of
decedent and should have priority to be appointed and should inherit the
house.
