[WSBAPT] Referral for Russian speaking attorney, Whatcom county area

Hello listmates,

 

I recently met a woman who is seeking a Russian speaking estate planning
attorney in the Bellingham area for her elderly mother.  I don't believe it
is a large or complicated estate.

 

I'll pass on any referrals to the PC.
