Subject: [WSBAPT] Potential client

I was contacted by a potential client who needs an attorney for the following unfortunate situation:

I recently took over as my mother's Executor. She lived in Port Ludlow and her will was probated by her original Executor and boyfriend, who is also beneficiary of the will. My mom left him her house and car while my sister and I get everything else. Unfortunately, he passed last month. I have talked to the original Executors lawyer, but i would like to have my own council and get a second opinion as to whether the house should go back into the residual estate or be handed down to the original Executors family in Louisiana. I don't even know if I need to find a lawyer in the Port Townsend area or if I can use one who is near me. I live in Snohomish.

Any referrals for Port Ludlow, Port Townsend or Snohomish to help with this matter? I will pass on all information
