Look to RCW 11.106.020 and then RCW 11.98.020 for the definition of "permissible distributee."

Very truly yours,

Subject: [WSBAPT] Trustee's accounting

I am trying to find out whether a remainder beneficiary of a testamentary trust is entitled to accounting from the trustee. Under RCW 11.106.020 & RCW 11.98.002, it doesn’t seem like it, but if anyone has any insight, please let me know.

Thanks.

Best regards,

Jennifer Sohn
