[WSBAPT] Pierce County - enrolled agent or tax attorney referral?

Potential client has a joint five-figure income tax debt from about 7 years ago; spouse died about 3 years ago. Needs either an Enrolled Agent or a tax attorney in Tacoma area. Anyone have a recommendation?
