[WSBAPT] Off-topic: Contract question

Look at the Statute itself for contracts. It is six years from the point in
time that the breach occurred, such as when a payment was not made.
Remember the "discovery" rule. And give yourself a few months leeway.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Off-topic: Contract question

Does anyone have a brief answer or some direction that I could look for when
a written contract statute of limitations begins? I believe it is at time
of "breach" per the contract, but I am missing authority. Thank you.
