[WSBAPT] Removal of PR & Bond

I removed a PR recently due to non-communication and spending estate monies
wrongfully.  She is not a beneficiary.  There are 2 minor children and she
has custody now, being the grandmother.  She posted a $10,000 bond to
receive the Letters which are now revoked.  I have now been appointed PR by
the court.

 

Has anyone made claims against a bond in this situation?  If yes, I would
love to hear from you on the process and how to handle this delicate
situation.

It is my belief that she took the estate monies and used some to pay medical
bills of the decedent - many of which did not make valid creditor's claims.
The decedent was not made whole in a PI settlement which accounts for the
$16,500 estate monies.  The Notice to Creditor's was published and only 2
small bills came in to be dealt with, not related to the MVA.
