All:

40 years ago , mom buys bonds and puts POD for herself and one of her kids.  She later makes a new will dividing estate equally among children and specifically tells one of tow of the kids but no writing and she but doesn't specifically mention the bonds in her will as being a part of her estate.  My understanding is that under current statute she could have revoked the POD by specifically mentioning the bonds, but if not, and as long as the estate is solvent, the bonds go to that named POD child, correct?
