Subject: [WSBAPT] Apartment clean-out service?

 

Decedent's small apartment (lower Queen Anne, Seattle) needs to be cleaned
out--nothing terrible, just odds and ends that should all go to Goodwill or
to the trash. The family has already removed sentimental items and anything
they want, so just need to vacate the apartment and hopefully give it a
broom-cleaning like at the end of a tenancy.

 

Most of the services I know are part of an estate sale situation, and this
is not that. Anyone have a potential referral?
