Hi All,

 

I need to withdraw from a probate case I am working on, and Client has chosen a new attorney to take over.  I need to complete a Notice of Attorney Withdrawal and Substitution, but I can’t seem to find a template anywhere on the court websites (King County and WA State) or anywhere else.  Would someone out there be willing to share this form with me?  I’d greatly appreciate it!
