PC who would like to hire an attorney appear in his father's probate in Thurston County. He does not want to contest his father Will, rather he would like to have assistance monitoring the probate process (e.g. request for special notice and requiring a final account) to make sure his sister who is the court appointed PR does not do anything wrong (the sister has a few potential conflicts of interest so there is a chance she could breach her fiduciary duty to him). The PC also has a potential creditor claim against the estate for care giving services that he provided to his father prior to death.

Any referrals would be appreciated.

Diane
