[WSBAPT] Eviction in probate

Hello,

I have a Seattle probate with squatters living in the decedent's house.  He gave them permission while he was alive, but they weren't really tenants.  We now have to get them out, and although they express willingness they are not moving.  We need to act before the city declares the house a nuisance and starts assessing fines.  I need an aggressive eviction attorney for this process.  Any help?  Thanks.
