[WSBAPT] Shipping costs of estate items

Personally, I think it is reasonable for the estate to pay it if the Will or separate writing gives an item to a person who lives far away, but I have never put this before the court.  It seems like if the Will directs something, then it also implicitly directs the authority to make it happen.
