[WSBAPT] Very Off-topic Referral

Potential Client owns an ISP (Internet Service Provider). They are a local company in Jefferson County who leases data and resells it. They are excellent Internet Service Providers but less than savvy business owners. Their business is relatively successful but they could use the help of an attorney who understands the internet business (and possibly who could incorporate them, but I do not know that is necessary).
 
They also may have a claim against the Public Utility District from whom they lease the data space.
 
Any referrals would be appreciated.
