[WSBAPT] Boeing 401(k) - Beneficiary account created but no access provided for 45 days

Dear Listmates,

I have an exasperated beneficiary of a Boeing 401(k) plan. It seems Boeing created the beneficiary account without any issue. Then, when it came to issuing the Boeing ID and pass code, the nightmare began. PC was told the information re ID and pass code was mailed, she never got it. After numerous hours on the phone, she was told the ID was never created. The issue has been ‘elevated' for resolution four times already with no success.

Any suggestions?
