Do you include the "aka" in the masthead for every pleading or do you put it
in the body of the petition?

On the other hand, I had a bank that wouldn't allow the PR access to the
account when the name on the account did not match the name on the
Will/Letters, so I had to go back and get "also know as" Order/Letters. So
now if I know that might be an issue I would include it at the start.

Very Truly Yours,

This is a probate reality check. How many of you usually (or always) use
the decedent's full name in the pleadings for a probate? I've always used
the full name but a recent new probate decedent has multiple lengthy middle
names. Decedent always used just one "middle initial." Would that make a
difference? The problem I can see is confusion with only using middle
initials because the decedent's first and last name are fairly common. Any
thoughts?
