[WSBAPT] SNT d(4)(A)

Listmates:  SSA has challenged a d(4)(A) SNT because it does not provide
that "any state" providing benefits is entitled to reimbursement on the
death of the beneficiary.  The SNT provides that Washington will be
reimbursed.  Only Washington has provided benefits.  Anyone faced this
issue?
