[WSBAPT] creditor claim "please file"

We never file a creditor claim for a creditor.  That is their job.  If they asked us to (and I don’t recall that happening) we would  eventually send it back, maybe without any discussion or maybe indicating that it is up to them to file whatever they feel they should file.  I had a case last year where the creditor did serve me with it on time but was a day late getting it filed with the Superior Court.  We rejected it.

Creditors Claim properly prepared and presented, but with lovely cover note saying “ please file the enclosed and return a conformed copy to me in the SASE”
